TESZA aims to provide “intermediary” and continuous “core support” for Teachers / Educators / Educational Phycologist & Occupational Therapist specifically in the area of “School Readiness Assessment” Pre-Primary & Foundation phase.
Teachers are swamped by continuous assessment and admin demands, threatening the core teaching job, further exacerbated by the teacher learner ratio in class.
TESZA was born from identifying the need of educators to get help lessening the load of “Continuous Assessment, Evaluating & Reporting” on the status of learners on their journey from Grade R to Grade 1.
TESZA therefore endeavours to provide teacher support during the foundation phase, a service that focuses on the whole journey, not a single evaluative event, forming a partnership with the learner, learner parent, educator and remedial specialist to give the learner the greatest opportunity to “Be The Best He / She can Be “
